SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ORDERING FROM OVERSEAS?
Shipping cushion covers is pretty straight forward. We have a flat rate of $25 AUD and free shipping for orders over $200! At the moment we are unable to ship cushion inners overseas.
DELIVERY TIMES
We make your cushion when you order it. This means no wastage! All cushions are hand made and digitally printed using eco friendly methods. Please allow 7-10 days production with additional delivery time on top of that. This is us being very generous - usually it will take less than this.
All deliveries require a signature to confirm the safe arrival of your order. Please provide a shipping address you will be available at to sign for.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
In Sydney, you can expect delivery within 2-3 days from production andthe rest of Australia about 3-7 days.
For New Zealand, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from production.
INTERNATIONAL
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery from production.
But we will let you know when it's on it's way.
Please note, unfortunately we cannot ship to PO boxes. Please contact us to arrange an alternative.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
OUR RETURNS ARE SIMPLE!
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of shipping date to receive a full exchange or refund. They'll need to be unused, unwashed and tags still attached. But please choose carefully - we print to your order!
There are no returns or refunds on sale items.
All items are handmade, thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. If, however you receive faulty or incorrect items, after inspection we will gladly pay the postage costs for a replacement. If the reason for the return is a "change of mind", then this must be shipped and handled at your own cost. If you are returning goods for exchange or refund please contact us to arrange this via email cushions@sparkk.com.au. Still have questions? Please send us an email!

CUSHIONS AND CARE
SIZES
Our sizes are: 35cm x 50cm; 50cm x 50cm; 60cm x 60cm. The design will differ a little on each size due to more or less of the repeat. Everything on our website is 50cm x 50cm. If you would like a custom size, that’s easy!
INNERS
All our cushions are supplied without inners, but you can buy them separately on each page. Our inners are 100% Australian feather and locally supplied.
If you are supplying your own cushion inner, we recommend getting it 5cm larger so it’s nice and plump. (Example for a 50cm x 50cm cushion we recommend a 55cm x 55cm feather inner)
OUTDOORS
All our designs can be printed on outdoor fabric! We have a lovely outdoor linen-textured polyester suitable for occasional outdoor use (this just means they shouldn’t be left outside overnight too often). We also supply outdoor inners, they are 100% dacron and made from 80% recycled plastic bottles. They are Australian supplied as well.
TRADE
All of our cushions are available at wholesale price for trade. Please contact us to request a trade pack or order cushions.
CARE
Our cushions are very easy care. Our linen cushions are gentle machine wash, better to be spot cleaned and of course can be dry cleaned.
DO YOU CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT?
Yes, as a matter of fact, we do! Yay! Some of the things we do at Sparkk:
- We manufacture locally
- We print to demand which means we don't make anything that doesn't sell, avoiding excess product and wastage.
- Most of our print chemistries are water-soluble and there is minimal waste produced
- The paper by-product of our manufacturing process is recycled
- We have chosen polyester as our a textile substrate because of its high durability and colourfastness. Polyester’s ecological impact compares favourably with natural fibres such as cotton, wool and linen when their high demands for water, pesticides and arable land are considered
- We transport our base cloths to Australia by ship
- We are committed to employing environmental and energy conservation practices in our company wherever possible
- We regularly research latest developments in sustainable textile production practices to ensure we are informed and using all available processes to reduce the environmental impact of our production and products
